Our journey began in the IT service industry, where over the past 20 years we successfully placed experienced professional in Operations, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, as well as in the C-Suite in Finance and Human Resources.
We have been able to demonstrate operational sustainability as well as expanding our capabilities to provide strategic guidance in areas of Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Organizational Psychology.

We are passionate about the markets we know best. Our focus is on the Service sector, primarily Banking and Insurance and the broader B2B industrial and manufacturing sectors. We provide our clients with specialists for one-off projects, experienced professionals as Interim Managers, senior executives for long term placements, commercial turnarounds (advising on MBO’s) as well as leading IPO's on behalf of investors and Family Offices.
